Christmas Time Means More Identity Theft

(if you're in a rush, here's the link to make yourself an undesireable target to Identity theft thieves: CLICK HERE)

The Holiday Season is upon many of us once again...

...and most victims of ID theft won't find out they've been victimized until 14 months after the crime has taken place. That's too late - the damage will have been done and the victims will spend both long hours and big money trying to undo what the identity thieves have done to them.

While Identity Theft already has the distinction of being one of the fastest growing crimes in the world, the holiday season represents an exponential increase in opportunities for criminals to take advantage of you. That is why I want you to read this. Because one thing is absolutely certain - the crime WILL BE committed - and many, many times. It's going to happen to a lot of people and there's nothing you can do to change that.

However...you CAN have SOME influence over to WHOM it will or won't happen, meaning YOU. You have the power to make yourself an undesireable target. You have the power to make yourself more invisible than the next person. Millions of people are going to be whipping out their credits, whipping out their social security numbers and doing all kinds of careless things all year round and especially many times more this holiday season.

You don't have to be one of them.

And if you think "it's real easy" to avoid ID theft, that all you have to do is just be "extra careful" (whatever that means to you right now), then you really don't understand the mindset of the ID theft criminal. The ID theft criminal does not look like a mugger, or someone on a wanted poster - the ID theft criminal isn't only searching through trash barrels.

Often times, the ID theft criminal can be the one staring you in the face and saying "Thank you, have a nice day!" as you go to leave a store. It can be ANYONE that doesn't necessarily fit the stereotype "criminal" description...which is why it is the fastest growing crime!

While others are pitching you on using their autoresponder service, or buying their latest revision of the 10,000 eBay guides that are already swamping the market, I am glad to present you with information that can REALLY make a difference in your life because there's nothing like an EASILY PREVENTABLE ID THEFT to rain on your parade for years to come. And who can anyone blame when the information needed to prevent it cost less than a month of cable TV?

So forget about clever tear-jerking ad copy.

All you ever have to know is just one person who ever had their identity stolen to know what a frustrating gut-wrenching nightmare of anxiety identity theft is. The only thing worse than watching a friend or loved one go through identity theft is to go through it yourself, and to have your friends and loved ones watching YOU go through it.

Now maybe the massive increase in ID theft hasn't hit home with you yet, but just look at this unique piece of information: my brother played a huge part in helping the area's Attorney General enter office. I know from him personally, and from comments in newspapers, that

ID THEFT is the FASTEST growing crime!

as it is in many other countries, as well, mainly because it's a white collar crime due to cheap heroine making it's way into upper middle class communities. These people don't fashion themselves as "street thugs" and don't resort to the more obvious crimes of robbery and muggings. Instead, they will do what's easiest such as dig through your trash, or swipe your card info in a workplace. Whatever the case may be, it doesn't matter. No matter how your Identity gets stolen, you, your friends and your loved ones are all in for a rough time.

And to think, a teeny tiny inexpensive book with just about all the information you'll need to know on how to both protect yourself can easily be yours just 30 seconds from now.
Many a-time you've heard the saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." or "If only...if only I could go back in time and do things differently."

Well consider this the "second chance" and not the first

so that you'll be amongst those who won't have to wish they could go back in time.

To Make Yourself an Undesireable Target for the rapidly growing number of Identity Thieves...

Merry Christmas & Happy Hannukah!

Lookin' out for ya,
Sam
PS. We both know that preventing ID theft is
not one of those things that excites us, like
a good TV show, a drink or time spent with great
friends, but prevention is important so that you
can more fully enjoy those things that drive you
wild in a good way. ;-) Take a look, you won't
be disappointed, that's for sure:
